Ways to train:
SeminarsMaster Beck is available to teach occasional seminars, whether in Hapkido, Taekwondo, Arnis, or self-defense. He has taught many self-defense seminars over the years to varied audiences: the general public, existing BMA and Sun Lee students; sororities; a TKD group at a corporation, even a Dallas law office.
In addition, Master Beck is very interested in seeing Hapkido grow in the DFW area. To that end, he has hosted other instructors in the past and will continue to do so. For more information, visit the DFW-Hapkido Mailing List page.

Aerobic Kickboxing Group Classes
There are no current group classes in aerobic kickboxing. I've done it before but it tends to attract people that just want to lose weight in a fun way and in a short time There's nothing wrong with that; it just has nothing to do with ongoing martial arts training that can help keep the weight off indefinately.
